Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options with Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping takes 1-8 business days depending on what you select. Shipping is free on orders over $100. Signature required is automatically added to orders $150 or above.

Shipping in the USA costs as low as $12, tracking is available with most options. Tracked shipping takes 4-8 business days, usually closer to 4 than 8. Shipping is free on orders over $100.

We ship orders anywhere in Canada & USA, and many International destinations.  Please reach out to us if you don’t see your country available.

Returns

Your order is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.  Returned items MUST be UNUSED, in the original packaging, with all accessories also UNUSED and intact.  If the item has a seal and that has been broken, a mandatory 20% restocking fee will apply to any eligible return.

If your item has been opened, used, is missing components, or has packaging that has been damaged or is missing, your order won't be eligible for a return.  Items that are sent back to us that do not fulfill these requirements will be returned to the sender. We cannot be held liable for return items that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service.

Warranty

All of our items ship with the same warranty as if purchased directly from the manufacturer.  If your product requires warranty service, we will direct you as to the most expeditious route to obtain the service, typically directly from the manufacturer with our assistance.  In our experience, this is the most beneficial way to obtain the proper repairs and servicing for your products.

For any warranty replacements handled directly by Great White North Vaporizer Company, the customer pays a $10 shipping cost to send the warranty replacement item to their address.
